OIDE (International Organization for Economic Development) have become the new owner of Bullion Bank of Africa (BBA) by giving BBA a working capital of 500 Million Euros.

OIDE's chairman, H.E. Louis Koffi Laoure has also been appointed as chairman of BBA

OIDE's goal is to develop the Bullion Banks operations in Africa by financing governmental projects for exploration, mining and refining of precious metals and stones, thereby improving a countries wealth and economic growth.
